Racing Force USA, Inc, is hiring for an open position available for individuals who have a passion for motorsports and are interested in the racing safety equipment business, joining our sales team in our Mooresville, North Carolina location. 

 

Sales Associate 

Competitive salary, health benefits, 401K with company match

In-person position with a Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule

 

Responsibilities:     

• • Assist the Consumer Direct Sales Manager and sales teams of Racing Force in generating sales and achieving the sales targets by providing outstanding sales and customer service support to retail customers, customers placing orders on racing force brand websites including OMP, Bell Racing and Racing Spirit and dealers as needed.

• • Oversee sales of the Mooresville Pro Store sales floor, answer the 800-phone line, assist with motorsports sales.

 

Qualifications and experience:

• • Two years of sales or customer service experience required

• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• • Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail

• • Professional and personable demeanor

• • Ability to lead, motivate others, and contribute to a team atmosphere

• • Fluent in English, Spanish as a secondary language preferred

• • College degree preferred but not required
